I support these changes. I received similar suggestions from one of my coaches.

Are you open to considering replacing the last 2 sentences with something along the lines of:
Rich and I, as the two board members on the committee, are going to bring forward during the future agenda items portion of tonight's meeting a future agenda item relating to Tide. We would like the Superintendent and her team to develop a process that includes all legal steps required to consider the potential of closing Tide. The plan should include plenty of opportunity for input from students, parents, employees, and community members as well as clear communication to all stakeholders about what the potential impacts on each of them will be if a decision to close Tide is made. We will ask that at the December 10 board meeting the Superintendent present her proposed process. The process should enable the board to make a decision by the end of February about whether to close Tide after this academic year.
The original language suggests that the plan for Tide will be presented Dec 10. I believe that the process that will be used to determine the future of Tide should be presented on Dec 10.

Rich and MB,
Below is the committee read out. I propose MB read the statement, Rich can make any additional comments (please discuss with me prior) and then ask for an additional trustee to support. I will reach out to Sathvik today. I will be available today after 3 or Wednesday morning before 10 or after 2 if you need or would like to discuss.
If the board directs me to move forward. As soon as the board meeting adjourns emails will be sent to site staff, site families, and union reps.
