Dear SUHSD Board of Education,
Hi my name is [REDACTED]. I am a 9th grade student at TIDE Academy and the reason I chose TIDE was because my brother and cousin attend TIDE and my parents thought it was a good plan for me to be somewhere safe and be near family. I believe TIDE should stay open for the other future students who would like to be in a safe and small school. If the school were to close down, I would have to go to a different school that will be six times larger as it relates to student enrollment compared to TIDE. That itself is so stressful for me. I want to stay with this school, since my cousin is going to graduate this year and I would like to graduate from TIDE as well in 3 and half years from now.
