Good afternoon, Crystal;
I hope that you had a nice weekend, and are hopefully feeling better!
Rather than send you a bunch of documents, in the Milestones & Key Deliverables table shown below, I have linked the draft board committee report out, draft talking points and draft email content. These links are also on page 5 in the Communications Workplan, which will also serve as a home base where the documents can be located and accessed (this will be a sanity saver when we have even more documents added to the mix!).
Naomi has reviewed and provided input on these documents, so they are ready for your full review.
Please let me know if you are not able to access the documents--you have editing capabilities for all of them. I will hold off on beginning the FAQs and content for an information webpage until after we've finalized the language in these documents.

Special Board Meeting -- Plan Presented Nov 20, 2025 Updated communication and engagement strategy; revised timeline (in the Communication Workplan and Communication Strategy); pre-scheduled Dec/Jan community meeting plan; messaging inviting families and staff to attend.
Initial December Communications Released Week of Dec 1, 2025 Districtwide communications outlining rationale and announcing December and January meetings; updated website and FAQ.
December Community Meetings Completed Dec 19, 2025 Agendas and facilitation notes; December themes and feedback summary; updated FAQs and talking points.
January Community Meetings Completed Jan 9, 2026 Additional facilitation notes; integrated summary of community feedback across both waves of meetings.
