Found it! The shade structure was purchased last year. The report you are looking at reflects expenses under Fund 25. The Developer Fee report is a regulatory account of revenue and expenses for that fund from the previous year.

1) $17.051 for Tide for shade structure. Just wondering why this money is being spent if TIDE maybe closing in the future? I know it is hot and has been hot so if needed great. Can that shade be taken to another space later and be reused?
